Later individual cases were discussed and pattern of behaviour modification was explained by Dr. Dharmesh Shah.”

    “The workshop revolved around the basic of social skills. It updated our knowledge about developing social skills and its importance. Group dynamics, accepting reality and encouraging share and care was discussed. We educators identified individual cases (that of Iffat and Prasiddhi) to work on and expressed the characteristics of their behaviour.”

    “Today’s workshop was an inclusive workshop where in every teacher was asked to share what brings stress in their lives. Each individual expressed their personal life and realized that every little thing can bring stress if allowed to. The workshop was conducted through Power Point Presentation. I came to a conclusion that its my choice whether to accept stress or simplify it and address problems step by step.”

    “Individual Education Plan was the topic for today’s workshop. One student’s report was read out under the various sections i.e. Psycho academics. Each subheading was further discussed. We learnt to decipher a report under various headers like IQ, Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Perception, etc.”
